Machine gun position

Machine gun position, so called ”ring position”, type Bauform 58c.

During 1943-44 20 bunkers of this type was built to protect the perimeter of the battery.

The bunker consists of the crew position, from which the machine gun was fired, and small room for storing ammunition.
