Bunkermuseum Hanstholm, bunker for 38 cm gun

Gun bunker for a 38 cm gun. The bunker covers ca. 2500 m³, and it consists of three main parts: ammunition rooms, gun position and crew quarters. In the crew rooms there was accommodation for the whole crew of 90 men. Also, there were shower room, water works and emergency generators in the bunker.
Four bunkers of this type were built in Hanstholm.
The museum bunker is the next westernmost of the gun bunkers of the battery.
