Bunker for Radar

The bunker is of the type Regelbau V 174, and it was constructed in 1944. The radar was placed on the top of the square block, which is hollow. In the bunker itself, below the concrete block, were rooms with bunks for the six-man crew and an electrical generator.
The bunker was painted in 1972 as a part of an art project – therefore, it is now known as “The yellow Bunker”.
